We were a table of 13. A place of this size should be able to cope with it but we had to wait over an hour for the food. They were very apologetic, but I must admit I’m starting to hear mixed reviews about the service here. The decor etc is all great and the food when it arrives is all good. But can they cope with busy times…. ….the jury is still out.
Anyway, I had the grilled goats cheese and salt roasted beetroot salad which was very nice. It came with a cranberry and herb couscous with a tasty orangey dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds.
So to summarise, food was good, decor is still good but service was poor. To be fair they didn’t charge us for the 5 child meals we had so that helped but they really need to improve.
