Assiette is owned and run by its head chef, Dameon Clarke, who has trained and worked as a chef all over the world before returning to Lincolnshire. The menu is primarily English but with reflections of Dameon’s affinity with French and Thai cuisine, making it familiar and interesting at the same time. Assiette is open for lunch and evening meals five days a week (Tuesday – Saturday) plus Sunday lunches
